Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Amberfield Basin Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Little Rock serving households and small businesses, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in deposit accounts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on card disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
