Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Bridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
