Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Granite Financial Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loan applications and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
