Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Las Vegas with personal care and coordination, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
