Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Kestrel Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in regulatory filings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical studies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
