Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Investigate trends in licensing and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
