Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Lumen Rowan Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Las Vegas, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on supply orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
