Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Arts Center Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 615 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on ticketing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
