Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cobalt Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on complaint handling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
