Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Junction Financial is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in account servicing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on loan applications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
