Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Investigate trends in student accounts and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
