Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ashton Health Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 673 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies.
