Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Knoxville, TN)

Summit Fern Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Knoxville presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in volunteer programmes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
