Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Rowan Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
