Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Granite Staffing places workers with employers around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in timekeeping and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on retention. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
