Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Jacksonville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
