Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jacksonville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
