Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Umber Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Investigate trends in cleaning schedules and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
