Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Stone Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
