Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Cedar Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
