Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Jacksonville, FL)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Jacksonville and nearby communities, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in pipe repairs and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on treatment plant data. • Python or R for analysis.
