Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 380 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in landfill records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on fleet maintenance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
