Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Foods and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 92 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
