Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Highbridge Summit Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on benefits enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
