Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Clearpath Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Indianapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on certifications. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
