Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate Glen Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in packing house output and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
