Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Indianapolis, IN)

We are growing our team at Summit West Care Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
