Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Housing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
