Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Houston, TX)

Summit Linden Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Houston area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
