Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Honolulu, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
