Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Northwind Cedar Legal Group Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
