Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Junction Water Authority Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 172 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in meter reading and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on capital projects. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
