Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on contractor visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
