Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Foxglove Field Housing manages affordable housing communities across Honolulu. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
