Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Rivermark Cobalt Property Management looks after rental homes across the Honolulu area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
