Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Nova Glen Hospitality is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
