Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate West Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on care plans. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
