Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Hartford, CT)

Lumen Clear Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on field visits. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
