Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Quill Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in fraud alerts and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on deposit accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
