Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cross Legal Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in client files and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
