Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Stonegate Vista Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
