Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Basin Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around El Paso. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in usage data and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on service connections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
