Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Rivermark Rowan Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on electronic records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
