Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
