Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Amberfield Union Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
