Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Pike Community Partners is a nonprofit in El Paso supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client intake and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
