Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ivory Health Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 885 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient education and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
