Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Des Moines, IA)

Nova Fox Property Management looks after rental homes across the Des Moines area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
