Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Des Moines, IA)

Northwind Clear Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
