Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Investigate trends in field visits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
